Tina Corea is Vice President of National Initiatives at Citi Community Development, where she specializes in developing and implementing programs and partnerships focused on inclusive economies. Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Corea held a variety of roles at the City of Newark, New Jersey’s primary economic development corporation during former Mayor Cory Booker’s administration. Most recently as the EDC’s Vice President of Strategy, Administration and Policy, she created strategies and initiatives to catalyze economic growth and support financial empowerment and entrepreneurship programs in the City. Ms. Corea’s previous experience includes serving as a Fellow for the Deputy Commissioner of the New York City (NYC) Department of Homeless Services and assisting the offices of two former United States Senators as well as the NYC Center for Economic Opportunity. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College, a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School.
