Kim Graziani oversees, coordinates, and helps deliver a diverse range of technical assistance and capacity building services to communities across the country struggling with the negative and inequitable impacts of vacant and abandoned properties. To date, Kim and her team have served over 250 communities in over 30 states. Prior to joining Community Progress, Kim has served in multiple leadership roles within the local government and nonprofit sectors in New York City and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kim received her Master's Degrees in Public Administration and Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh where she served as adjunct faculty. She works out of the National Office in Washington, DC and lives in Baltimore.
